- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What a complete joke of a bank. I am new to the Raleigh area and I was in need of a cash advance on my debit card. I was denied service through this establishment because I did not have an account. When I asked if they can merely run my card so I can withdraw money they declined with quite an attitude. Please save yourself some trouble and drive .5 miles down the road and visit the BB&T at Duraleigh Rd and Blue Ridge. They bent over backwards and helped me.By Andy Fieldhammer, May 01, 2017
