- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience ever. Got here at 10 am and it's now 11:15 and I'm 8th in line. Only Bank of America has 2 people working on a Saturday. This bank sucks so your homework and bank somewhere else. Customer service is horrible and they get upset when there busy and are short staff. One would think a billion dollar bank would have extra help in the weekends. I think 2-3 people is way to little and the line is out the doorBy Untouchable Landscapes, September 21, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Policy over customers. Lack of professionalism. A truly awful experience. I've never had anyone give me such a hard when I tried to hand them a lot of money.
