- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I like BB&T the bank it self is very good. But, this specific branch, ALL THE EMPLOYEES have no experience in customer service at all. They do not know how to say sorry. I do not have to explain what happen to me. But, they are rude specially the old white lady. To be honest there are two guys there they are very good, and new yong lady, white guy and Hispanic guy they know how to do customer service. other than these two guys and the young lady.. all of them are rude, and junk and BB&T are loosing costumers because of them.
