- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM HERE you will end up paying more than expected!! I JUST PAID OFF MY CAR MY FINAL PAYMENT AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET ALL THE PAPERWORK BUT DRIVETIME MADE A "mistake" AND TOWED MY CAR TO AUCTION IN STATESVILLE WHICH IS 3 HOURS AWAY! AND THEY HAVR TAKEN 3 DAYS ALREADY AND STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CAR TO ME (keep in mind I just paid the car in full title is being transferred to me) THEY ARE MAKING ME WAIT DAYS FOR MY CAR THAT THEY TOWED TO AUCTION WHICH THEY WERENT SUPPOSE TO TAKE AT ALL IN THE FIRST PLACE! During my time 2 years with drivetime before this incident was aweful itself, they will do whatever to not cover anything on the car, they gave me a messed up car in the first place and sold it to me for $5,000 more than the actual value price! AGAIN I SAY NEVER NEVER BUY OR LEASE FROM HERE EVEN IF YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT THEY WILL TAKE EVERYTHING FROM YOU!!!!!!!!By Christina Yates, September 18, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst place to ever buy a car. Unsafe vehicles. Ac system blows Freon into my children's faces no compensation so to the cirsumstances, then its going to take a month for a refund. If the tables were turned around would you the owner be ok with this. No. How is this place still in business? As a manager myself customer satisfaction is number one by all means.
