  I’ve worked with Tidewater Management Group for a number of years now. As this will be my 27th year in the insurance industry I believe I can say with complete confidence and assurance that this is a Great group of people to work with! It’d be in the vicinity of about impossible to try and put into words here all the experienced, professional and well seasoned help I’ve received over the years! I have worked with other FMOs in the past and TMG is most definitely a notch above the rest. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a partnership with an organization that has knowledgeable people that care and really want to help. This is what they do! While Todd, Chad, Ronnie, Jessica, just to mention a few, have been my go to people for answers there was another person this year that absolutely excelled. That person was Isaac and he always went the extra mile! He was enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and always had a positive attitude. Not only that but he was dependable in finding correct answers to my questions and responding quickly. Most of which were not simple nor easy and were needed in short order. It was obvious he took pride in his work and cared about what he was doing. That was impressive on his part! Kudos Isaac!

  It is no coincidence that 2016 was my best year as an insurance agent with the consolidation of the vast majority of my business with TMG. The partnership with TMG has been nothing short of phenomenal to the point where I know just about the entire staff on a "first name" basis. The responsiveness to my concerns and issues as an agent to connecting me with individuals that need the insurance products that I offer is second to none. So, if you're an agent looking for an FMO, this is THE FMO with whom to place your business!!! Trust me on this!!!

  I would absolutely recommend Tidewater Management Group as the BEST FMO company out there. I want to say a special thank you to Issac for always being so eager to help with any issue that comes along! He was trained very well and has went above and beyond to help me out while I'm in the field. I am very comfortable with the answers he gives me for my clients and he is always willing to follow through! Expecting an awesome 2017 ... Thanks Tidewater for all you do
