  H&R block made a bad mistake on my 2014 taxes. Finely resolved after 20 hours of my time and 4 amendments. 6 Months later and they still have not filed my Peace of Mind claim. Now there is no way to contact them to file a complaint and request they do what they said they would do. Calls to the office go directly to an appointment system. Based on my experiences, H&R block does not guarantee your max refund and Piece of Mind does not pay for their mistakes.

  Jim Morgan and the staff here suck. Very incompetent..take your taxes elsewhere to get them done right

  Pretty much horrible. Rude, slow, and incompetent. There always seems to be a problem.

  These guys are incompetent! They misspelled my name on my 2014 tax return causing me to have to file additional paper work after the fact, they over estimated the payment I had to make to the IRS (The IRS sent me a refund check), they failed to submit one of my 1099s, and they kept both copies of another 1099 so I had to go back and get it when I wanted to purchase a house. Not to mention the accountant who did my taxes was very difficult to work with and rude. Do not use them!

  My experience with Jim Morgan & the team at H&R Block has been awesome. Jim has been doing my returns for a number of years including an audit situation. Since I paid the extra couple of $$ for protection, Jim represented me & was able to resolve the situation with the IRS to our mutual satisfaction without additional out of pocket expense.
