  I was frustrated and stuck with a situation between policies of two major healthcare providers. At the core of this situation was an amount of money that on the surface seemed like nothing with fighting for. Then I happened to consult with Raushanah and she listened to me entirely then we revisited specific points about my battle with these providers. One suggestion led to my discovery of a form I signed that literally listed my situation as an "exception" therefore putting me in a much better position to dispute the situation. I was so relieved because once I present this information the entire situation will change in my favor. She gave me her time and her analytical mind and now I feel so much better.   Attorney Rodgers is very confident and reassuring in the way she proceeds. She took her time to listen to my long story and got a good understanding of the whole complex and unusual situation. She is simple and humble, yet very professional. She defended intelligently my case and showed good negotiation skills. Since this was my first experience in the court with some language barrier, she was always making sure I understand what is going on. She charges fairly for a job of this high standard. I definitely recommend Attorney Rodgers.
