- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Takes on too many case loads to handle effectively. Received a VA medical questionaire to fill and return, but they claim they didnt receive it. Was in a pre-paid envelop. That process was 2 months. Called several times and was told they would mail out a 2nd packet. That packet never arrived. That was 2 months ago now. Called this time and secretary made excuses and said, "I'll mail it out again." I told her to forget it. Terrible law firm.By jmcneill1969, February 15, 2017
