  Today I came in to find a rather obscure box size that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else. I needed that particular size to return a device, by the requirements of the manufacturer. When the owner of this UPS Store couldn't help me find a box of the same size, he offered to help me repair the damaged box I already had, free of cost. I feel like in this day and age, it's important to call out the stores where you can always expect the best customer service, because sometimes it's hard to find businesses that care.

  I went to this location to ship some packages and was absolutely blown away by the great service I received. The lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and friendly, it was honestly way more than I had expected. Her salesmanship and overall customer service were off the charts which is why I will be back time and time again.

  I have often driven up from Spring Lake in the past for the incredible service but last two visits the staff could not be less interestned and bearly able to move forward to help me...today was the poorest ...so sorry will not be back. You could not have been less interested in helping me.....sad to see the decline in this business....Fed ex was glad to see me!

  This store overcharged a nonprofit and UPS corporate said they are all privately owned so they can overcharge if they want and nothing can be done about it. The nonprofit was charged $430 to ship four boxes across the country (they needed to be there in 5 days) - two boxes were super small. UPS corporate told me that the nonprofit was completely overcharged in their system. I have that in E-mail but they said I have to go in and talk to the manager and beg for the money back. I've decided to just use Fedex in the future AND disclose their overcharging online. Their employee also had no idea what she was doing and took forever to process the four packages.

  My husband and I sent our mother a brand new tv. It was a Christmas gift. It was a 50 inch. When it had arrived the top of the TV was cracked and the TV wouldn't work. They told us that they wasn't going to pay for it and the TV wasn't packed properly. Now they never did go out to look at it. They just assumed it wasn't pack correctly. They refuse to give us our money for the TV and the shipping. We did get the insurance from them also but they still wouldn't give money back. I would advise everybody not to go to ups.
